I know I'm far behind but we'll just ignore that for the moment and rewind a bit to the Fourth of July weekend when we had a pool date with my brother-in-law and his family. Weather has not been kind to our Olsen Swimming Plans and this day threw us a mid-afternoon thunderstorm curve ball. We patiently waited it out and eventually got some swim time in with our Olsen Cousins...
A lot of these photos are Holly's so thanks for that!
After they left for home we were invited up the street for some impromptu play time with friends and fireworks viewing. It was just the perfect ending to a summer day. Swimming and afternoon rain showers and friends and fireworks... I think that this Summer of Yes isn't so bad after all....
Boy this does seem so long ago! We need to schedule another one and pray the weather cooperates lol. So fun!!
