1...2...3...10. tag.

Kelsey from Pardon My French tagged me and I always (almost) answer the call of the tag. If her blog title didn't already intrigue you, she lives in Alaska. To me, that's something quite fascinating. And she's funny and has a lot of kids and all the mayhem involved there.

1.What do you love the most about Christmas time?
Traditions! I start plotting out the traditional events sometime in September every year. If I did it once last year you better believe I'll start recreating it the next year. Because that is what memories are made of people. Forced festively infused events.

2. Do you celebrate the holiday in style or is Bah-Humbug for you?
If we're talking style as in fashion then I'd have to go all Scrooge on you because last time I checked leggings and sports bras are not fashionable. If we are talking about the celebratory mood then I think a quick perusal of my blog will show you that I am quite festive. Hashtag Christmas.

3. Are you leaving anything out for Santa Claus this year so he remembers to leave your presents?
Is that why you leave things out? I thought that it was just a nice thing you do for him because he did all that flying and all that squeezing and all that giving? I will probably do milk and cookies. Matt's aunt also sent over some glittery reindeer food so that will definitely be going in our front lawn.

4. What is the one gift you are most looking forward to GIVING? {It can be to your kids, another family member, etc – remember to be discreet if they read your blog!}
Letteria cannot read. Lucky me. I can't wait to give her the Snow White Dress. This illusive dress has been discussed and begged for so much my ears are bleeding. I'm fully expecting her to just breeze right on by it and move onto smudging the play-doh into my carpet.

5. What is your all-time favorite Christmas movie?
Christmas Vacation. Chevy Chase and all those antics get me giggling every single time.

6. What is your all-time favorite Christmas song?
I could no easier pick a favorite star in the sky! I love so many. So. Here's a list of (some of) my favorites:

Mariah Carey - All I Want for Christmas
John Lennon - So This Is Christmas
Bing Crosby - White Christmas
Paul McCartney - Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time
Bobby Helms - Jingle Bell Rock
Brenda Lee - Rocking Around The Christmas Tree
Gene Autry - Here Comes Santa Claus
Beach Boys - Little Saint Nick
Jose Feliciano - Feliz Navidad
Bing Crosby - Mele Kalikimaka
Michael Buble - Santa Baby
Burl Ives - Holly Jolly Christmas
Otis Redding - Dreaming of a White Christmas
Leon Redbone & Zooey Deschanel - Baby, It's Cold Outside
Mel Torme - Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
Trans Siberian Orchestra - Carol of the Bells

And I have to stop. I could go on for days. DAYS.

7. If given the opportunity would you participate in an “Ugly Sweater” party and what sweater would you wear?  Peruse one on the internet or even in your own closet and show us!
I just can't wait to get invited to one of these. Because well. This sweater must be worn. I've seen it in many forms. Anything from a baby's onesie to an adult's t-shirt to this sweater. It's perfect.

8. Have you started any Christmas traditions this year that you plan on carrying forward?
So far nothing this year....yet. Last year was the inaugural visit to a live nativity. Carrying that right along this year. There was a camel.

9. It’s Christmas morning … what does it look like outside where you live?
Hopefully snowy like it is today! More than likely though it will be of the brownish-green variety. With a side of brrr.

10. You just found yourself standing under the mistletoe … who comes up to give you a kiss first?
I don't kiss. Unless it's a cute little toddler or two I know. Otherwise yuck. Who has time for such things? Wink wink.

And here are the people I shall pass this along to. Why not?

Kerri @ Cheshire Kat

And I'm spent. Sorry I dropped the ball with the ten. I'm not quite sure I have ten consistent readers who also have a blog. Anyone?
